At Trans-Phos, safety starts before a truck even hits the road. Every driver must complete certified defensive driving training for CMVs, led by our three certified safety supervisors. Our HR team carefully selects the best truck drivers in Florida, ensuring we hire professionals dedicated to safe driving practices.
Meanwhile, our 24/7 full-service mechanics shop, staffed with ASE-certified technicians, ensures our trucks stay in peak condition. Our certified trainers and lead drivers work closely with our field safety supervisors to identify and address hazards on the road in real time.
